Cadence Running

Running pain-free for the first time in 5+ years (maybe ever?). Anthony listened to all my problems and found the perfect shoe + insole combo to stabilize my flat feet that somehow overpronate and have plantar fasciitis (I also deal with bad shin splints).

I went in looking for a pair of insoles to help with my flat feet and hopefully shin splints. I met Anthony and he was extremely helpful. He spent well over half an hour with me going over the best types of shoes for me and his thoughts on how I should just things up to be me comfy when I run.

This was my first time coming here. I had not heard of this store until one of my co-workers mentioned that this is where he goes and takes his daughter here. Since I was in preparation to run a marathon this fall, and it’s been 24 years since the last one, I thought I might need to get some help in getting ready.

Came in to look for anew pair of shoes and the staff was very knowledgeable. I worked with Jordana for almost an hour and it never felt like she was pressuring me into anything. We took gait analyses and spent some time in multiple pairs. Overall, great selection with even better staff. Could not have asked for more!
