Bought Hokas and they didn't work for me. They took them back, no questions asked! It's so awesome that when something doesn't fit quite right, you can get something else!

Great selection. The best part was encountering such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sheara really knew the features and fit of the shoes. We went there thinking of a couple of options. After talking to her she suggested something completely different.

On my last adventure, my old leather backpack strap broke at the top where it connects from the shoulder strap to the actual pack. I went to Burch’s for the first time to see if they could fix it. I also mentioned that the straps were too short for when I have a jacket on to wear comfortably.

I always have a hard time finding a good fit and on top of that, I just had a foot surgery. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating in finding me a pair of shoes that would fit me and check all the boxes for rehab. The first pair I got ended up making things worse and had a really bad toe rubbing going on.

The absolute best shoe repair service! I need lifts added to my left shoes and Burch’s always does an amazing job with matching my taper and color preferences for a very fair price.
