I had such a wonderful experience, shoe shopping with my daughter and had to share. Jon helped us find the perfect shoes and inserts her over pronation, and the level of service was incredible. It honestly felt like old-school customer service from the 80s -the kind you just don’t see anymore.

I recently had foot surgery and needed new shoes due to walking differently! Alexis greeted me as I came in and from that point on was phenomenal! She listened to some of the issues I have and then took her time to get a scan of my feet and found some shoes based on all the different factors.

It’s been years (and several pounds ago) since I’d been running. I needed a new pair of shoes and I picked Big River based on online feedback I’d seen. I dropped in this past week and was immediately greeted by Alexis. She was very helpful and friendly, asking me questions about my goals.

My sister and I visited Big River for the first time today and were immediately greeted when we walked in. Jon helped me find a new pair of training shoes for my upcoming half marathon, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about what would work best for me.
