I love Big River Footwear! From my first fitting I was impressed by the customer service. Today, I bought my third pair of Hoka’s from Big River.

I walked into Big River footwear Company this morning and was greeted by Crimson! She was extremely friendly, extraordinarily capable, and very professional! I explained to her what I was looking for, she took the time to listen and pointed out three pairs of shoes that she believed would work for me.

Stopped in here out of curiosity and to potentially buy a new pair of shoes for work. Brianna was so kind, she was patient while I tried on lots of different shoes within 10 minutes and I walked out with a perfect pair of New Balances.

I’m so pleased with my experience at Big River Footwear! This was my second time purchasing shoes there and Jacob was extremely helpful and patient in finding me the right shoes to help me with my balance issues. Trying on several pairs and walking around really helped in making an informed decision!

Arrived at 5:00 and had a short line to wait for, but Jacob made up for the wait by his knowledge and assistance. Big River Footwear in Utica Square is the ONLY shoe store I’ve been in over the past few years that still physically put the shoes on your feet and check the width and length on your foot.
