I was referred here by my sister in law after purchasing running shoes for her daughter, a collegiate athlete. I decided to give it a try since I am starting to take walking/jogging more seriously and would like to continue doing this long term.

These people are awesome. I’ll never understand why people go to a mall or sporting goods store to buy shoes. Would you have a plumber build your deck? Would you have an electrician change your oil? Then why not go to a shoe store to buy shoes for your feet?

I appreciate the very helpful service and attention given by the staff to ensure I receive the most appropriate shoes for my situation. The salesperson who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the various brands and helped me select the best choice.

My wife and I both have some unique needs with our body that requires more special fitted and special kind of shoes. We went out yesterday to do our shoe shopping and we had three stores in mind to go to. The first store was Big River Footwear, and we had no need to go onto any of the other stores after that.
