Wonderful store! Makenzie helped me get fitted for the correct shoes. She was excellent to have the pleasure to meet and be fitted by. The store has a great selection of running shoes and active wear to choose from. So much so it was hard to decide on which pair(s) to pick. The prices were on point for quality shoes.

Upon walking through the door we were greeted by friendly staff. They explained it would be a few minutes due to helping others and offered water. Once we were waited on Cornelius was beyond helpful. He explained what the process would be and how the scan was helpful in choosing the right shoes.

We’ve used this store before it changed to Big River Footwear Co. I brought my granddaughter in to purchase her some new shoes. All the employees are friendly, professional & knowledgeable with the proper fit, colors & giving the customer their choice. The store is clean, staff is very personable.

We have been going to this location (in Town Center) since my kids are in primary grades for all their tennis shoes needs they are now 17 and 20 years old. We still get shoes from here. They are so helpful, have great selection and always have excellent customer service.
