I appreciate her for letting me in 10 minutes before closing time in a “travel emergency” situation. The story is I brought a 19-year-old pair of Nike Air Max 360s to use and throw away after use on this work trip. Unfortunately, the soles fell off just as I was going to work on this first of 3 days.
Great store and huge selection of shoes. Great customer service and greeted with smiles. Very helpful and attentive staff. Sylvia was great and exceptionally helpful and informative. Will be returning soon.

Needed new shoes for plantar fasciitis and a bone spur, brought in a pamphlet with recommendations for shoes. Isabel was ready to help as soon as I walked in. I told her my situation and showed her what my doctor recommended. First we looked at shoes, decided on a few styles, then she measured my feet.
