Beck's Shoes

Eric was wonderful! He took great care of my 87 y/o mom. Great customer Service! Eric was in the shop all by himself. He had multiple customers and he handled everybody with grace, respect and kindness. It was so lovely to be able to have my mom’s Feet measured. It’s so hard to find a full service shoe store anymore.

We came in and Daniel warmly greeted us and immediately helped my daughters and me pick out Birkenstocks. He offered to measure all of our feet to ensure we got the correct size, helped us try on several different styles, and made thoughtful recommendations before we chose our final pairs.

Very happy with the service I received at Becks. Attentive, caring and catered to me as if I were an important person. I can always rely on their collection of quality walking shoes. (And she even put the shoes on my feet, which is so unusual in today’s time). I appreciate this level of customer service.

I love Beck’s Shoes, and I always have a great customer service experience there. Today Daniel introduced me to a new sandal style that’s perfect for my plantar fasciitis. The only “problem“ with good customer service is that you sometimes walk out with an extra pair you didn’t plan on buying-LOL!
