Beck's Shoes

I stopped by to find my girls some sandals. They don’t have little kids shoes but instead of sending on a wild goose chase through the mall Morgan showed us colors in the store, measured my girls the best she could, wrote down all the info I need to help me order online. Really above and beyond with the service.

I brought my son to Becks to get insoles for shoes that were too big, and the customer service was excellent. The staff took the time to help us find the right solution and provided great advice. We’ll be coming back for future shoe and insole purchases. Easily the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Becks is always a Friendly, helpful place to buy shoes. Prices are competitive and the employees genuinely care about helping costumers. Love Them.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Beck’s Shoe Store in the MT SHASTA Mall. I am very pleased with our decision to shop Beck’s.
