The shop itself was lovely, well lit, well designed … but the staff Is the reason I’d like to give it Six stars or more. I worked with Laurie Howard. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with.

I have been researching and looking for a good durable sandal and work shoe and thought it wouldn’t hurt to check this place out. Upon walking in I was able to get a free foot analysis and was able to try on multiple different shoes that were suggested and recommended for their support and quality.

Love the shoes! Customer service was fantastic! Cassie was so helpful and patient and very knowledgeable on helping me get the right shoes and fit, she also was very conscientious of the other customers at the same time and very attentive to us all No rush , no pressure, Great experience !

I love Becks Shoes. Great customer service from Lola B. today! I tried on so many pairs and different sizes and she gave me all the time I needed with no pressure. She also gave great advice! She told me that you can wear red shoes with anything - you don’t have to match your outfit. And I think she is right!
